Position : Production Manager

As the Production Manager at Floor Coverings International, you will be instrumental in driving our business’s success and growth.

You will be the main point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction from start to finish. This role demands strong leadership, multitasking skills, and meticulous attention to detail

Production Manager Qualifications :

• Previous experience in production within the flooring industry is required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Tech-savvy; familiarity with Salesforce and Salesvoice is a plus
• Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities
• Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously
• Must own a truck or van; mileage reimbursement provided

Production Manager Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Manage phone communications and scheduling
• Weekly meetings with sales staff to review sales and production progress
• Recruit and vet installers
• Oversee relationships with installers and vendors
• Daily meetings with installers to discuss production details
• Communicate start dates and times with installers and customers
• Visit job sites to ensure customer satisfaction
• Accurately order and follow up on product deliveries
• Oversee product management and job costing
• Attend networking meetings and events
• Strive for 5 / 5 star survey.

Compensation :

Salary range $50,000-$60,000 plus bonus opportunities About the Local Owners :
