Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound and outbound calls related to scheduling, pre-registration, and registrationProvide excellent customer service and assist patients with inquiriesRoute calls to appropriate staff to ensure efficient operational workflowRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED;

associate's degree in a related field preferred1-2 years of experience in clerical, customer service, or medical roles, preferably in healthcarePrior experience in a call center or high-volume patient contact is preferredKnowledge of Arizona Medicaid programs, Medicare, and other government programs is requiredEpic certification and HFMA certification are preferred
