Position - Supply chain Specialist

Location - Commerce, CA

Full time

Salary - $50k- $60k + Benefits

Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - "Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China."

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Strong experience in managing warehouse based operations
• Handle incoming calls, e-mails, and customer issues that have been received from the Customer
• Manage requests for pick-up or container deliver in a timely manner and initiate outbound calls to customers as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve potential delivery and / or pick-up problems before they result in a service issue.
• Gather and maintain route sheet documentation for pick-ups (scheduled, missed, extra pick-ups), route completions, and driver locations.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and fellow co-workers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, providing professional customer support.
• Work closely with transportation subcontractors, process shipments, and ensure they are delivered within agreed terms.
• Processing customer orders, returns and customer requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and rectifications.

Job Requirement

• 1 years of analytical or customer service related working experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Operations, Statistics, or a related field
• Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent data analysis skills, capable of focusing on key metrics and trends to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Solid communication and project management skills
