Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Plumbing Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to provide accurate cost estimates for large-scale projects, particularly in the healthcare and high-rise sectors. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate mechanical cost estimates for plumbing projects
• Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine the scope of work
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to clarify project requirements and objectives
• Utilize estimating software such as OST and QuickBid for efficient estimation processes
• Participate in bid reviews and provide recommendations for value engineering options
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing to enhance estimating accuracy
• Support the project team during the pre-construction phase and provide ongoing support during the construction phase
