- Report to CEO / President of the company, and collaborate with 2 staff members.
- Work in the Administrative and Corporate support area, including HR, Accounting, Legal, General Affairs, Internal Control, CSR, etc.
- Communicate and coordinate with several departments in Japan, reporting to them.
- Manage HR functions and make decisions including compensation, performance reviews, expatriate matters, etc., in collaboration with staff in MX.
- Oversee Accounting management and operations, including AP / AR, transfer pricing, month-end closing, and taxes in collaboration with senior staff in MX and representatives in HQ.
- Manage IT in collaboration with IT staff, working with an IT firm and the ICT department in HQ.
- Handle Legal / contract management in collaboration with a MX legal firm and the legal department in HQ.
- Implement internal control and proactive measures to prevent issues within the company and in business.
- Perform other administrative and corporate support operations and management as requested.

- Job range to other administrative areas gradually.
- Working experience in a Japanese company and understanding of Japanese business culture preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English. Business-level Japanese and / or Spanish preferred.
- Logical thinking capabilities and a well-balanced mindset among HQ, management, and employees.
