A reputable SF based international law firm with over 1000 lawyers in key technology and financial centers in the U.S., Europe and Asia is looking for an experience Trademark Legal Secretary.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation and filing of trademark applications and legal documents.
- Manage trademark portfolios and maintain up-to-date records.
- Coordinate with clients, government agencies, and legal teams.
- Draft correspondence and manage deadlines for trademark matters.
- Conduct preliminary trademark searches and assist with due diligence.
What You'll Bring :
- Proven experience as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of trademark law and procedures is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal software and MS Office Suite.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player with strong communication skills.
