Job Overview

Are you passionate about family law and looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team.

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to help families navigate complex legal issues.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in family law, litigation, divorce law, and mediation.

This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Representing clients in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, alimony, domestic violence cases, and more.
• Conducting legal research and gathering evidence to support your client's case.
• Negotiating settlements on behalf of your clients in an effort to resolve issues as efficiently as possible.
• Drafting, reviewing, and filing all necessary legal documentation related to family law matters.
• Advising clients on their rights and responsibilities under the law, helping them understand the possible outcomes of their case.
• Participating in court hearings and trials, presenting evidence, and making compelling arguments on behalf of your clients.
• Collaborating with a team of legal professionals to develop case strategies and ensure the best possible outcome for clients.
• Keeping up to date with the latest changes in family law and applying this knowledge to your work.

Qualifications

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A current license to practice law in the state.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Family Law Attorney or Family Law Associate.
• Proven experience in litigation, divorce law, and mediation.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex disputes amicably.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• The ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and composure.
• A deep understanding of and respect for confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• A commitment to providing exceptional client service, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to family law.
