UX Designer

SUMMARY :
We are looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, conducting research, and crafting intuitive, engaging, and efficient digital experiences.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategists, developers, account / project management, and other designers, to ensure the delivery of seamless user journeys across all platforms
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- User Research : Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gain insights into user behavior, pain points, and preferences
- Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that demonstrate intuitive and effective interaction designs
- Information Architecture : Develop and structure the content and navigation of the product to enhance user experience
- Usability Testing : Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing sessions to identify and solve potential usability issues
- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and visual designers to ensure designs are implemented to meet user needs and product requirements
- Iteration : Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and usability testing results to continuously improve the product
- Design Systems : Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints
- UI / Visual Design : Collaborate with UI designers to ensure that UX strategies are visually cohesive and aligned with brand guidelines
- Accessibility : Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and offer an inclusive experience for all users
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2+ years of experience in UX / UI design for web, mobile, or other digital platforms
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work, including user research, wireframes, and prototypes
- Experience with usability testing and user research methods
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML / CSS) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills :
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience working on cross-platform digital products (web, mobile, tablet)
- Experience in data-driven design and analytics
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest UX trends and tools
