Regional Operations Program Manager
Cedar Rapids Region
FT, Monday-Friday
This role is intended to support execution of UPC strategy at the regional level and support the overall improvement of clinical, operational and financial performance.
In addition, works closely with regional leaders to identify and develop opportunities to grow business.
Responsibilities
- Track and analyze relevant data to support attainment of strategic goals, new business development and operations improvement.
- Support regional leaders in initiatives intended to achieve business growth and / or significant operational improvement.
Where appropriate, plans, executes and finalizes key business development projects.
Working closely with Clinic Finance, Business Development and Facilities Departments, complete business plans for appropriate business development and capital projects.
Ensure all plans follow the appropriate review schedules, both locally and at the corporate level.
- Working closely with Clinic Business Development Department, provides project management assistance for regional strategic alliances, mergers, joint venture and acquisitions, and the re-structure of same.
- Be aware of what is happening in the region and the organization by attending regional and organizational meetings, reading emails and regularly checking information on the organization's intranet site.
- Ensure that Region is aligned with Clinic's annual planning cycle and supports deployment of strategic goals and initiatives to physician and administrative leaders.
- Participate in and / or lead teams designed to accelerate the achievement of key strategic or operational initiatives, inclusive of agenda development, action plans and progress reports as required.
- Provide staff support for All Provider, RPC and Site Lead meetings as requested and in coordination with appropriate Clinic staff.
- Responsible for creating a culture of innovation, learning, teamwork and professionalism, consistent with the mission, vision and values of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related discipline required.
- Master's degree strongly preferred.
- Three year's work experience in a data analysis position preferred.
- Three year's work experience in health care preferred.
- Ability to use advanced computer applications to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data.
- Highly developed communication skills to effectively work with all levels of management throughout the organization.
- Ability to continuously display high standards of ethics, honesty, integrity, dependability and judgment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
