job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSet up industrial washer for cleaning parts Apply masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be coated Load parts on the conveyor Mix coating liquid to the desired color or pour the powder into the hopper Set baking oven to specified temperature to properly bake paint or powder Check parts afterward to ensure the correct paint thickness Remove parts from the conveyor and de-mask as required Comply with company safety protocols and always wear protective gear Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus Required to stand for long periods Must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions including extreme heat, humidity, and cold May engage in frequent bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling Experience in auto-painting is preferred Strong communication and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Great attendance and punctual Unlimited $400 referral bonuses Great Weekly Pay Health / Dental / Vision Holiday Pay Incentive Programs Flexible Hours Free Skills Training Opportunities : Seasonal Part-time Full-time Direct hire Flexible
