Location : Tucson, AZ
Pay rate : $72-$82 / hr, DOE
Responsibilities :
- In this role you will personalize our agent’s tool experiences through rapid prototyping, agile development and coordinated releases.
- We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering new technology and experiences at scale in a platform and services-oriented architecture.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including technologists, product managers, engineers, and senior leadership.
- Facilitate joint design sessions to refine defined experience requirements.
- Develop functional and / or non-functional prototypes to gain alignment / acceptance.
- Develop and deliver new solutions at scale to support or personalize expert experiences. Ensure developed solutions meet enterprise development standards.
- Write user stories as part of an Agile project framework which include clear acceptance criteria and take into account dependencies on other stories and / or initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Solid knowledge and hands on configuration and / or development experience with Salesforce platform.
- Salesforce Admin certification required.
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
- Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on time.
Nice to have :
- BS or BA Degree preferred
- Salesforce Sales Could certification
- Salesforce Service Cloud certification
