About the Role
As Client IT Infrastructure System Administrator you will be responsible for planning, operation, securing and developing the IT Client Environment as well as for the end user support of our production plant.
In this role you will also interact closely with the IT Backend services.
Your Responsibilities
- Plan and operate the client IT infrastructure (PC, notebook, printer, mobile devices, scanner, collaboration equipment, ) following ITIL processes
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for IT infrastructure and company-owned applications (on-call duty may be required)
- Perform administrative tasks (e.g. order processing, account administration)
- Coordinate tasks with external partners / suppliers
- Support backend IT infrastructure operations
Who we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in IT client operations (Windows 10 / 11, Office365, Microsoft Teams, sharepoint, mobile devices, smartphones, printing, )
- Knowledge in hardware troubleshooting
- Knowledge in IT service desk / phone support
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Knowledge and troubleshooting skills of backend infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, Windows Server, Microsoft SQL)
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to Austria for training
- Fluent in English
