Summary
Provides leadership, expertise and functional direction to team members to ensure the continuity of patient registration functions within assigned area of responsibility.
Works closely with the leader to plan, implement, and facilitate the work activity of the area to accomplish goals and objectives.
May facilitate billing, cashiering, patient registration and communications functions. Provides staff education when required.

Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field is preferred.
Experience
2 years of healthcare or clerical / administrative experience is required.
