Evening Janitorial / Cleaner - The Woodlands
Windsor Building Services is looking for responsible, reliable and energetic staff to join our Windsor family! We currently have positions available in THE WOODLANDS on College Park and 242.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Cleans offices, common areas, lavatories, halls, and any other areas that may require attention.
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, elevators, and office space.
- Cleans light fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, furniture, windows, and windowsills.
- Empties trash and garbage containers.
- Restock dispensers / supplies.
- Will be required to use cleaning chemicals properly and safely per Windsor's standards.
Physical requirements :
- Physically able to walk, stand, bend, lift for duration of shift.
- Significant walking.
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, push / pull, lift up to 30lbs.

- Medical office
- Financial Institute
Schedule :
- Route consist of two locations in close proximity
- Financial Institute / Tuesdays & Fridays - approx. 2 hours per night
- Dental office / Wednesdays & Fridays - approx. 3 hours per night
- Start time 5 : 30pm. approx. 2-3 hours per night / may vary
- Approx. 10 hours per week / may vary
