- Set up and operate CNC mills, including Mori Seiki and Haas machines, to produce precision components according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Program CNC machines using G-code or CAM software to optimize machining processes and ensure accuracy.
- Lead and supervise a team of CNC machinists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures regarding safety protocols and equipment maintenance.
