job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or suspicious behavior. Document and report any incidents, irregularities, or security-related concerns according to Allied Universal protocols. Collaborate with site personnel and / or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Previous loss prevention experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol - Tech / Media in Louisville, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech and media environment. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to everyone on site. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and support a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors. - Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
