Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Billing Specialist to manage and process payroll, billing, and related administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate must have experience using HHAeXchange and a strong understanding of billing and payroll procedures.
This role is crucial to ensuring accurate and timely payroll management, as well as maintaining seamless billing processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process payroll on a regular schedule, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage billing processes, including preparing invoices and tracking payments.
- Utilize HHAeXchange for payroll and billing functions, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Reconcile payroll and billing discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.
- Prepare reports and assist in financial audits as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information.
- Administer and manage employee benefit deductions, including health insurance, and other benefits.
Qualifications :
- Must have experience with HHAeXchange .
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, including compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of billing long-term care insurance.
