So, here's what you're part-time job will look like :

Customer Service :

  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback across all channels.
  • Provide exceptional support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints and troubleshoot problems to find effective solutions.

Social Media Management :

  • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written posts).
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and feedback.
  • Interact with our community in a positive and authentic way.

Brand Building :

  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators to produce fresh, engaging content.
  • Develop and manage campaigns that drive engagement, traffic and sales.

Other Responsibilities :

  • Maintain & Manage our Wholesale outreach to Brick & Mortar retailers.
  • Create and manage email and SMS campaigns (Klaviyo).
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas.
  • Implementing (yes you actually have to do work)
  • Doing things you have no idea how to do

Youll be working around 10-20 hours per week. And we would like you to be an integral part of our company and team.

This will be a paid position.

This is a remote position (so it goes without saying, but Ill say it anyway).

You need a computer and reliable internet connection to handle all of the work load.

What You Bring :

  • Solid experience in customer support / administrative and social media management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
