All About You
Under general supervision, designs and implements assessment activities; implements evaluations methodologies in collaboration with grantee;
and assists Program Manager with support office tasks.
This position is being funded by a grant and therefore continuation in the position is contingent upon funding availability.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborates with the grantee to implement program evaluation methodologies; oversees goal-based evaluations that measure the extent to which the program meets pre-determined goals or objectives;
runs process-based evaluations geared to fully understand how the program works and how it produces its results; and conducts outcomes-based evaluations to determine if the organization is conducting the right programmatic activities to bring about the outcomes believed are needed by the program stakeholders.
- Designs and implements needs assessment activities; collects consumer satisfaction information and conducts program surveys;
- obtains feedback from clients, focus groups, providers, and other internal and external stakeholders; identifies staff, client, and provider training needs and recommends educational strategies in collaboration with managerial staff;
and tours community-based work sites when needed to ensure client and provider relations are met.
Assists the Program Manager with Planning Council support office duties; reviews client files to ensure they are properly documented;
and performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred; supplemented with a minimum of two (2) years of HIV-related experience.
Remote / In-person Expectations
This position will require working in the office, with the flexibility to be hybrid schedule eligible upon completion of the initial onsite training and familiarizing with department work and operations in compliance with the requirements of the SLU Remote Staff Flexible Work Policy.
