Human Resource Information System Manager

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the enhancement of HRIS to improve system functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with various departments, including IT and People & Culture, to ensure system updates and configurations align with organizational goals.
- Spearhead strategic initiatives, overseeing the planning and execution phases to enhance HR technological solutions.
- Mentor and develop the HR Systems team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications :
- A robust educational background in Information Technology, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- Proven track record in managing and implementing Workday systems, including comprehensive system configuration and post-implementation support.
- Expertise in HR process integration and a solid understanding of system architecture within a dynamic organizational structure.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
