VCA Midwest Veterinary Referral & Emergency Center in Omaha, NE is growing its Day Emergency & Critical Care Service and seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join their team.

Who We Are :

VCA Midwest Veterinary Referral & Emergency Center has been a leader in small animal specialty medicine in Nebraska, Northern Kansas, South Dakota, and Western Iowa for the last decade! Our hospital has nationally, and internationally, recognized board-certified specialists in disciplines including Internal Medicine, Critical Care, and Surgery.

We also have independent contractors in Cardiology and Diagnostic Imaging. Seven doctors staff our Emergency Department that operates around the clock.

All of our doctors enjoy teaching, and love to collaborate to provide stellar patient care and client service.

Our Emergency and Critical Care Service :

Our Emergency and Critical Care Team is the heart of our hospital. Our Emergency and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) mirrors what one would find at a human medical center.

By incorporating advanced techniques derived from veterinary and human medicine, we can ensure that our patients are being treated in the best possible way.

Our Emergency and Critical Care Technicians thrive in a fast-paced service, handle critical case, and enjoy the stimulating caseload.

Our Technicians have the opportunity to sharpen and advance their technical skills every day.

Schedule : Full-time opportunities, with flexible scheduling. Day Shift, 3 x 12 hours.

Requirement : Associates or Bachelors degrees in Veterinary Technology. Sitting or successful completion of the VTNE. NEWLY LICENSED TECHNICIANS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!
