Position Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about gifting and entertaining , and eager to contribute to the marketing strategies that drive our brand’s success.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & Management

• Conceptualize and distribute email and SMS marketing campaigns, including A / B testing for optimization. Klaviyo experience preferred.
• Assist in the layout and design of seasonal sales catalogs, direct mailers and box stuffers.
• Develop, edit, and schedule content for social media channels and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
• Conceptualize and manage Google Ads and META Ads.
• Assist with management of Pinterest account.

Campaign Execution :

• Drive the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales across multiple channels.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment of brand voice, department goals and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Assist in managing PR efforts and maintaining media relations, including drafting press releases and coordinating press events.

Reporting :

• Monitor and report weekly on the performance of organic and paid marketing campaigns, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing data from marketing channels to track effectiveness and ROI. Excel skills required .

Event Coordination :

Support the planning and execution of annual trade shows, pop-up events, and other promotional activities.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury goods, home décor, or consumer products industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing practices, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
• Experience managing Google Ads and META Ads.
• Ability to create audience segmentation for multiple channels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Klaviyo.
• Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Passion for design, home décor and an understanding of the luxury market is highly desirable.
