Responsibilities

Client Outreach : Reach out to potential clients through telemarketing campaigns, presenting insurance options tailored to their needs in both English and Spanish.

Cross-cultural Communication : Effectively communicate insurance details and benefits to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Lead Generation : Identify and qualify leads, ensuring a continuous flow of potential clients for the sales team to engage with.

Follow-up : Maintain regular communication with clients to provide ongoing support and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Database Management : Update and maintain client information and interactions in the CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.

Requirement

Linguistic Skills : Proficiency in English and a second language (Spanish preferred).

Telemarketing Experience : Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles is advantageous.

Communication Abilities : Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Customer-Centric : Passionate about delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.

Adaptability : Comfortable working in a hybrid remote environment while maintaining productivity and teamwork.
