Position Summary : We areseeking a motivated and detailoriented Marketing Assistant tosupport our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionateabout marketing possess strong organizational skills and be capableof multitasking in a fastpaced environment.
The Marketing Assistantwill assist with various marketing activities including socialmedia management content creation event coordination andadministrative tasks.
KeyResponsibilities :
Social Media Management : Assist in planning creating and scheduling content for social mediaplatforms (e.g. Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn).
Monitor andengage with followers and analyze social media metrics to optimizeperformance.
- EventCoordination : Support the planning and execution ofmarketing events trade shows and webinars. Handle logisticscoordinate with vendors and assist with event promotion.
- Market Research : Conductmarket research to identify trends competitor activities andcustomer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations based onfindings.
- AdministrativeSupport : Assist with daytoday administrative taskssuch as scheduling meetings maintaining marketing calendars andmanaging marketing databases.
- Collaboration : Work closelywith the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistentmessaging and branding across all channels.
Qualifications :
- Strong understanding of social media platformsand digital marketing trends.
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g. MailchimpHootsuite Canva) is a plus.
- Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
- Creativity and a passion formarketing.
