Job Description
Our Customer Experience Team works to guide and assist all substitute teachers and partner schools in their region. The right fit will be both empathetic and efficient when dealing with a high volume of orders and tickets.
Our next Customer Experience team member will use good judgement when coming up with high quality resolutions that benefit the substitute, school and business.
Customer experience representatives need to be able to listen to customers and understand their needs, and then communicate solutions clearly, either in writing or over the phone.
Responsibilities :
Fill our school partner's open orders by establishing and maintaining clear communication and expectations with substitute teachers
Receive and resolve need and inquiry tickets from school partners and substitute teachers
Contact, track, and assist the Sub Teacher Source substitute teachers and school partners
Identify gaps in customer experience
Recommend strategies to improve the customer experience
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve customer experiences
Ensure substitutes accept positions and operate as expected
Support data health needs
Perform other duties as assigned
Help company succeed by implementing customer-centric strategies and initiatives. This can include :

Enhancing brand reputation through exceptional customer interaction
Qualifications :
Experience in order fulfillment
Must show stability in job history
Demonstrated successful experience in the areas of customer support and administrative organization
Excellent organization and time management skills
Flexible with start times based on business needs
Ability to maintain confidential materials
Proficiency in Microsoft tools
