Junior Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the agility and efficiency of our development teams. Collaborating with business partners, you'll identify opportunities for process improvements, establish best practices, and ensure the seamless execution of plans across the apparel organization.

Your expertise in data extraction, cleansing, and analysis will be key in maintaining and developing tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain reports and data visualizations using tools like Tableau.
• Cleanse data, provide actionable recommendations, and execute report delivery.
• Manage and maintain Alteryx workflows and Tableau dashboards.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure quality.
• Identify and drive process improvements across cross-functional teams.
• Document and standardize tools and processes, ensuring consistency.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau).
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with Alteryx and SmartSheets / Airtable.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Production support experience and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
