Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.
- Manage and maintain a book of business, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and renewals.
- Identify opportunities during customer interactions to offer additional insurance solutions, such as auto, home, umbrella, and life insurance products.
Requirement
- Must possess a current AZ Property & Casualty Producers License.
- Prior experience in customer service and / or sales is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and team members.
- Highly organized with effective time management.
- Skilled in utilizing various tools and platforms, such as internet browsers, Google Drive, Outlook, Slack, and Zoom.
- Must pass a background check.
