Creative Preschool Teacher

ECE Substitutes, Inc. is seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Preschool Teacher to craft a magical learning environment for our curious 3 5-year-olds.
In this role, you'll be a :
- Curriculum Rockstar : Develop engaging lesson plans that meet early childhood development standards, weaving in science, literacy, math, social-emotional learning, and creativity through play.
- Playful Facilitator : Guide children through hands-on activities, storytelling, music, and art, fostering a love of exploration and discovery.
- Nurturing Observer : Carefully observe each child's progress, documenting their strengths and individual needs to personalize learning experiences.
- Social Butterfly : Cultivate a positive classroom environment where children feel safe, supported, and empowered to build friendships and social skills.
- Communicator Extraordinaire : Partner with parents and guardians, providing clear and regular updates on their child's development and journey.
- Classroom Maestro : Ensure a clean, safe, and organized space that inspires learning and exploration.
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in an early childhood classroom
- CDA, actively working on CDA, or related courses.

Physical Requirements :
- Be able to lift up to 55 pounds.
