Akkodis is seeking a NoSQL / Elastic Search Database Administrator for a contract position with our Fortune 500 banking client.
Target Rate Range : $60-64.82 / hr W2
Hybrid : 3+ days in office. Can sit in Minneapolis; Atlanta; Dallas; Denver; Cincinnati; Chicago; or St Louis hubs.
Client / Server Database Administrator
- Interpersonal communication skills sufficient to effectively interact with customer staff and other contract personnel.
- The team supports a variety of databases across different business lines, with Elastic Search being a big one.
- Technical writing skills to document work performed and maintenance instructions.
- Provides performance monitoring and tuning.
- Normal hours are 9am-5pm but they also have an on-call rotation
Skills :
- Financial services experience a plus.
- Number of years is not hard and fast, but would be targeting 5 or more years of experience of NoSQL and administering elastic search.
- Seeking hands-on experience in installing, upgrading databases on a Unix or Linux system.
