Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager at Security Central Protection located in the Detroit Metropolitan Area.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of the security industry is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
