Process Controls Engineer
We are looking for a highly talented Electrical Controls Engineer to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a hardworking professional who likes meeting challenges and surpassing client expectations.
Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Plan and evaluate integration of new or upgraded equipment
Assist Manufacturing in various improvement projects, such as Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvements and Problem Solving
Draw and provide schematics and documentation for skill trades groups, along with development of trouble shooting guidelines
Participate and / or Lead in Continuous Improvement Activities
Ensure plant electrical equipment remains up to safety codes
Provide troubleshooting direction to E-Techs and Electricians in troubleshooting situations
Drive standardization of Equipment and Processes
Recommend methods, materials and layouts for improvement based on manufacturing needs and capabilities
This individual will use his / her knowledge of Manufacturing Process Networks and Machine Control Systems to technically support this plant
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications include :
Bachelor’s in electrical engineering
Minimum of 3 years or related work experience
Process engineering
Project management
Experience with PLC / HMI / VFD programming with Ladder Logic and factory talk software, Automation, AutoCAD, Lean Manufacturing, Microsoft Office
AutoCAD and design experience.
Capability to Manage diverse, simultaneous projects of varying complexities
Medical Device Experience a plus, manufacturing experience is required.
Strong relationship management, problem solving, and change management skills
Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative
Strong oral and written communication aptitude

Salary - $90,000 - $105,000
