As the Data Services Program Manager, AIX, you will play a critical role in driving adoption of AlphaInformatiX products (EOS, EOS Insight and related data-driven products) that inform better spine surgery.
The Data Services Program Manager will manage the adoption of data-driven products with hospital and clinic partners in a customer facing role, including prioritization of sites, stakeholders, program buy-in, IT review, contracting and implementation.
Additionally, this role will support ongoing marketing functions related to launching new EOS programs, building department processes, collateral development, and company announcements.
The position will report to Marketing leadership and will be responsible collaborating with internal and field-based teams, as well as customer stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage agreement approval processes with hospital partners, ensuring agreements are complete on time with alignment from hospital partner and internal teams.
- Leverage expertise to champion adoption within large healthcare institutions, navigating complex approvals with key stakeholders (administrators, IT, surgeons).
- Work closely with legal teams to review and negotiate agreement terms, ensuring organizational and legal requirements are met.
- Work closely with IT teams to review risk assessment documentation, organizing the communication and progress updates between the site and internal teams.
- Monitor and track progress of data programs, providing regular updates to leadership on milestones, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the data team to ensure seamless implementation of data-driven products within clinic and hospital sites, and appropriate data use based on contractual terms.
- Implement data programs at existing healthcare facilities with EOS imaging hardware; in alignment with Sales, merge data program with the capital sales process to streamline approvals.
- Conduct regular meetings and status updates to track progress, address challenges, and adjust as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within partner hospitals, including administrators, IT leaders, and surgeons.
- Collaborate with AIX Marketing and Sales Leadership to define target sites based on strategic goals and market impact.
- Collaborate with field teams to identify, onboard, and maintain data programs.
- Identify areas for improvement in approval processes; implement solutions to enhance efficiency and visibility across the organization.
- Manage internal announcements regarding programs updates, ensuring timely and effective communication to key team members.
- Support broader marketing department needs related to data programs, including administrative tasks, budget management, product launch coordination, and project management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in enterprise sales and / or software integration, preferably in healthcare or medical device industry.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, field-based teams and site key stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Aptitude to learn medical and technical information quickly.
- High level of motivation with the ability to operate as an individual and team contributor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce.com, and project management tools.
Salary Range
Alphatec Spine, Inc. complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate’s qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity.
$125,000 to $150,000 Full-Time Annual Salary
