The North CarolinaDepartment of Health and Human Services requires the services of anEpic Certified Training Manager to manage the planning andimplementation of an EHR implementation project for DSOHF.
- The Training Manageris responsible for communicating training policies and proceduresacross the organization.
- This person will alsocoordinate role analysis and all classroom and equipment aspects ofEpic led virtual training.
GeneralResponsibilities :
ClassroomAdministration and Planning :
- ManagingWSUL onboarding and engagement and overseeing day in the lifeactivities
- Develop processes forstaff providers and managers to escalate questions and concernsabout Epic class assignments andregistration
- Provide Epic with theappropriate data to import trainee information into the EpicTraining Platform
- Communicate trainingregistration and completion data from Epic to operational andprojectleadership
- Ensure all staff haveappropriate Epic training tracks assigned and are registered forEpic classes
- Secure training roomsworkstations printers projectors screens barcode scanners and otherequipment needed for virtual Epic led training and anyoperationally led DILs that require a computerlab
EndUserEngagement and ChangeManagement :
- Settraining requirements for end user system access and get buy in onthis decision from project and operationalleadership
- Communicate withWSULs throughout the project to ensure that they are stayingengaged and are prepared to support end user training and readiness
