We are is seeking a full-time Senior Management Analyst. The place of performance for this position is in the Washington DC area.

ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures.
  • Apply knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers
  • Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
  • Apply analytic techniques in support of the evaluation of program / project objectives.
  • Draw conclusions and devise solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedures efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization or control.
  • Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to projects and programs.
  • Conduct work measurement studies, program or project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, or workload change impact analyses
  • Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
  • Develops and drafts program or project milestone, progress monitoring, financial, acquisition quality control, maintenance, or training documentation.
  • Experience in designing multiple data visualization techniques, and applying the most appropriate visualization tailored to various audiences
  • Supports the development of Command level strategic planning

Qualifications :

  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or closely related field w / Minimum of 12 years relevant work experience
  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or closely related field w / Minimum of 15 years relevant work experience

Skills :

  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Ability to learn and apply project management concepts to assigned duties.
