Job Description :
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Travel Booking Agents. In this role, you will assist clients in booking a variety of travel arrangements, from flights and accommodations to cruises and all-inclusive vacations.
No prior experience is necessary our comprehensive training program will equip you with all the tools and knowledge you need to succeed.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements.
- Provide expert recommendations on destinations, travel products, and services.
- Access and utilize over 200 travel suppliers, including Royal Caribbean, Sandals Resorts, and more.
- Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
- Stay updated on travel promotions, deals, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with a positive and supportive community of travel professionals.
Qualifications :
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for travel and helping others plan their dream vacations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with travel booking software is a plus but not required.
- No prior travel industry experience necessary comprehensive training is provided.
