- Join a welcoming team of 18 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers, working closely with hospital staff to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications
Board-certified in internal medicine or family medicine.Active medical license or eligibility for licensure in New York.2+ years of experience as a Hospitalist Medical Director preferred.Practice in the Heart of the Community
Scheduling :
Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule.Complete 3 clinical shifts per month.Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight and nurture a family-like environment within a collaborative team.Lead initiatives in utilization management, compliance, and clinical documentation improvement.Work with hospital administration to implement performance improvement strategies.Participate in monthly hospitalist team meetings, offering ongoing education and support.As a day clinician, round on patients, manage discharges, and participate in multidisciplinary rounds.Work in a co-managed ICU with intensivist support—no procedures or vent management required.Be part of the rapid response and code team, certified in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support.Utilize EPIC EMR and access our internal informatics platform.Living and Working in Binghamton
