The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $88,500-$130,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications :
This is What You Will do in This Role :
Ensures the project’s AWP implementation is clearly defined and communicated to the project team.
Actively supports all stakeholders and works to align the team to ensure the successful implementation of the AWP strategy throughout the project life cycle.
Can be actively involved in the interactive planning sessions through all phases of the project and be available to clarify any questions or clarifications of the WFP Processes and Procedures.
Interfaces with the various functional groups to ensure information and data is available to support to WFP effort, including, but not limited to, Engineering drawings, 3D model data, Material BOM and status information, and schedule and progressing baseline information.
Manages onsite WFP processes and resources to ensure the successful development and managed of the IWP planning and constraint clearance process.
Ensure any training of stakeholders in order to meet the intent of the project’s AWP strategy.
Develop the Workface Planning (WFP) program and procedures to be fit for purpose and uniquely adapted to the Dematic AWP Program and its projects;
Establish and manage internal WFP Project Teams and capability.
Develop WFP standards on site & ensures Project teams adherence to WFP Procedures
Develop, Manage, and give visibility to IWP administrative tasks for Project Teams.
Collect / Report progress for Dematic workforce & installation.
Develop scheduling tool / procedures & manage adherence to WFP execution schedule for Project Teams.
Interface with AWP & IM leads for data / information needed to complete IWP’s.
What We are Looking For :
The ideal candidate possess 5+ years of experience building, deploying, and administering AWP and / or WFP on industrial construction projects.
Bachelor 's degree in relevant field preferred.
Preferred strong field / trade work experience with conveyor, module assembly, automated material warehousing, and on-site execution to ensure IWP’s created will support Installation work and implementation logic.
5+ years of experience with Project Management or overall understanding of concepting, engineering, module assembly, supply chain, material warehousing, construction execution and turnover.
Strong management and facilitation skills, ability to navigate unstructured environments, technical writing, communication, empathic listening, relationship building, hold people accountable.
Has hands-on experience in the field, previously worked as Foreman or General Foreman, experience in the discipline for which they are planning work, experience in Industrial Construction, and has basic computer skills (Excel) and an interest in learning.
