Elite Sourcing LLC is currently seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Architect to join our team. As a Sr. Architect you will play a crucial role in leading the design and development of architectural projects, collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create stunning and functional spaces.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design process for various architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences.
- Create architectural designs, renderings, and presentations using industry-leading software.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Review and approve construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- NCARB Certified
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Architect.
- Registered Architect and in good standing.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent design and visualization skills.
- Experience managing and leading architectural projects.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and project team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- LEED certification or experience with sustainable design is a plus.
