Job Description
What you will be doing :
- Direct legal decisions throughout all phases of the litigation process
- Understand the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each case
- Depose parties and fact and expert witnesses
- Draft and argue motions
- Supervise and manage a support team of staff
Experience you will need :
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas
- 7+ years of personal injury experience
- Able to multi-task and handle a high-volume litigation docket
- Superior analytical skills and ability to analyze complex issues
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work onsite at our Dallas, Texas office and travel as required for trial or pre-trial requirements
- First Chair or Second Chair Trial Experience
- Bilingual preferred but not required
