Your role as a Layout Inspector

As a Layout Inspector at PTI Technologies in Oxnard, CA, you will play a critical role in maintaining quality standards in the aerospace industry.

You will mechanically inspect all commodities using precise inspection tools such as micrometers, height gauges, and optical comparators.

Your responsibilities will include conducting First Article, in-process, receiving, and final inspections to support production activities, while assisting in resolving tolerance and variance issues.

You will generate non-conformance reports as needed and collaborate with various departments to address quality challenges promptly.

Supporting Quality Assurance activities, including internal and external audits, will be vital to ensuring compliance with ISO and AS9100 standards.

Your commitment to teaching and enhancing others' skills will foster a culture of excellence and safety, and you will meticulously document inspection results following our Business Management System while performing additional duties as assigned to uphold our quality objectives.

Requirements for this Layout Inspector job
