Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of our submersible, jet and booster system product lines.

This role involves developing product strategies, driving new product development, and working cross-functionally to ensure the successful commercialization and lifecycle management of our products.

The Product Manager will serve as the bridge between engineering, sales, marketing, and customers, ensuring our products meet market needs and deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Roadmap Development : Lead the development and execution of a product roadmap for submersible, jet, and booster systems in line with company goals and market trends.

Identify opportunities for product line extensions and enhancements.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Conduct market research to understand customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.

Use insights to identify opportunities for growth and product differentiation.

• Product Development : Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to develop new products and improve existing ones. Define product specifications, features, and performance criteria that align with customer requirements.
• Go-to-Market Strategy : Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to define go-to-market strategies, pricing, and promotional plans.

Support sales teams with training, product knowledge, and competitive positioning.

• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement : Maintain close relationships with key customers and distributors. Gather feedback and insights to refine product offerings and ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Financial Management : Analyze product line profitability and ensure product lines meet financial goals. Set pricing strategies and manage the product lifecycle, including phase-in and phase-out decisions.
• Cross-functional Leadership : Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams (sales, engineering, marketing, and customer support) to ensure product development aligns with business objectives.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• 5+ years of experience in product management, within the pump industry or a related mechanical / electrical equipment sector.
• Experience managing submersible, jet, or booster system products is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of pump technologies, market trends, and customer requirements across residential, industrial, and commercial markets
• Proven track record of launching successful products and driving revenue growth
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required

Preferred Skills :

• Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and processes
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and certifications applicable to the pump industry
• Experience with international markets and distribution channels
