Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

The Construction Project Manager will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring projects remain within budget constraints.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work is being performed according to specifications and quality standards.
• Address any issues or delays that arise during construction, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.
• Provide regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and any relevant developments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
