Compensation :
$60,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of skilled maintenance professionals.
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure guest comfort.
- Implement effective strategies for cost-efficient repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to support seamless operations.
