Trusted Staffe is partnering with a regionally integrated healthcare system in Philadelphia, PA to identify a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist.
This exciting opportunity allows you to be a part of a new program and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to pediatric patients in a state-of-the-art facility with 8 OR suites.
Position Highlights :
New Program : Be a part of building and shaping a new pediatric cardiac anesthesia program.
Comprehensive Care : Provide both cardiac and non-cardiac anesthesia care to pediatric patients.
Collaborative Environment : Work closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Patient Assessment : Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments to ensure patient safety and well-being.
Call Responsibilities : Cardiac call only, allowing for a better work-life balance.
Quality Improvement : Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency.
Leadership Opportunity : Supervise and mentor Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs).

Qualifications :
Education and Licensure :
MD or DO degree.
Graduate of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Anesthesia Fellowship.
Unrestricted PA Medical License.
PA DEA License.
Experience :
3+ years of post-fellowship experience in an acute care pediatric setting.
Skills and Qualities :
Strong clinical skills in pediatric cardiac anesthesia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Ability to lead and mentor CRNAs.
