Job Title : Data Management Specialist (US Citizen Only)
Location : Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulations.
- Manage and integrate data from various sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy across different systems and platforms.
- Monitor, update, and maintain databases and data management systems to ensure they are functioning optimally.
- Conduct data quality assessments and audits, identifying and resolving data discrepancies and inaccuracies.
- Provide support and training to staff on data management best practices, tools, and systems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data management processes, policies, and systems.
- Generate and analyze data reports to support decision-making and provide insights into data trends and patterns.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in data management are a plus.
- Experience in data management, database administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data management tools and technologies such as SQL, Excel, and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and data integration techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and analyzing data.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
