Role Overview :
As the IT Director, you will lead our IT strategy, driving technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support our company’s growth.
Collaborating directly with leadership, you’ll translate our vision into actionable strategies while fostering a culture of excellence within the IT department.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Leadership (75%)
- Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies focused on cloud systems and digital transformation.
- Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring effective execution of IT functions.
- Manage IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Provide senior oversight of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to set and implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data.
- Managerial Expectations (25%)
- Inspire and lead your team, aligning their efforts with the company’s vision.
- Foster a productive and engaging work environment.
- Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders to understand and support technology needs.
- Encourage innovation and empower your team to identify and implement improvements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s or relevant certifications preferred.
- 7-10 years of IT management experience with a strong background in infrastructure and team leadership.
- Proven experience managing IT systems in a mid-sized company, preferably in engineering or construction.
- In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
