Job Description

Please Note :

• Selected candidate must reside within two (2) hours of the client's Headquarters in Woodlawn, MD
• Selected candidate must be willing to work on-site at least 2 days a week.

Position Description :

• Work in tandem with the ServiceNow Solutions Architect / Engineer in planning the architecture, development and implementation in the ServiceNow platform
• Schedule and facilitate all customer technical discussions / design / development meetings and provide inputs to further enhance the solution or approach.
• Provide guidance / support to the ServiceNow Developers assigned to the project.
• Provide guidance and in utilizing out-of-the-box capabilities of ServiceNow.
• Building New System Functionality
• Designing and Implementing an ATO Management Process
• Designing and Implementing Risk and POAM Oversight / Management
• Preparing Training and Documentation
• Defining and Establishing Change Management Process
• All other duties as assigned or directed.

Key Required Skills :

Experience as a Technical Project Manager managing ServiceNow implementation and enhancements. Knowledge and experience with Risk Management, tracking, tracking and reporting.

Knowledge of ATO requirements and processes.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 years of experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager developing customer project plans that are in line with SOWs terms and customer objectives.
• 5 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Project Manager.
• 3 years of experience managing the overall project relationship; identify and develop new opportunities with customers, support early qualification and communicate those back to the ServiceNow Developers.
• 3 years of experience documenting key ServiceNow operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
• Ability to manage multiple ServiceNow Development initiatives.
• Good understanding of Agile software development practices
• Experience with using ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and CAM modules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.

Required Skills :

• Track and coordinate multiple complex customer engagements simultaneously
• Ensure all agreed timelines and deliverable milestones are clearly communicated and successfully met.
• Communicate engagement progress to customer stakeholders.
• Interface with selected ServiceNow Partners to promote and support joint ServiceNow services and initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact and escalation
• Prepare and present project kick-off, reviews and project closure presentations with customers.
• Create and distribute pertinent meeting minutes to keep parties up to speed with project progress.
• Monitor tasks and any occurring issues as well as notify project stakeholders of any impacting events on the project performance.
• Monitor project progress to avoid scope creep
• Manage and drive to completion customer project action items.
• ServiceNow Certification.
• Previous Government experience

Requirements

Basic Qualifications : Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed. Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience, Master's degree and 5 years of experience, or 11 years of experience in lieu of a degree At least 4 years’ experience using customer-focused Splunk Enterprise Security SIEM engineering background - SME knowledge of ES v4.

7 At least 4 years’ experience in a senior Splunk role working in a Splunk clustered environment supporting SOC or NOC environments At least 4 years of experience with : In-depth knowledge of designing, upgrading, maintaining and implementing network devices on a large-scale enterprise Direct experience with Splunk Engineering and data integration Prior SIEM data modelling experience on similar platform at scale (>

50 servers) Scripting and development skills in Python / Perl with deep comprehension of regular expressions Coordination and communication with other remotely deployed team members Developing documentation with processes and procedures Proposing, implementing automation features in a large enterprise environment At least 3 years of experience with Linux and SQL / ODBC interfaces At least 2 years of experience in app interface development, using REST API’s Hold active Splunk Core Certifications of at least Splunk Architect Minimum of 3 year of experience in developing and tailoring reporting from network security tools.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance Preferred Qualifications : Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.

Experience with Splunk Common Information Model (CIM) and Enterprise Analytic Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytic and qualitative eye for reasoning under pressure.

Self-starter with the ability to independently prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision Knowledge of Cloud Services such as AWS, Azure, Office365 Ability to script in one more of the following computer languages Python, Bash, Visual Basic or Powershell Experience in automating Splunk Deployments and orchestration with in a Cloud environment
