JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Driven Collision Group (CARSTAR / ABRA / FIX AUTO) is North America’s largest Multi-Shop Network of independently owned collision repair facilities, offering auto body repair, paintless dent repair, and storm damage repair with 24 / 7 accident assistance.
Our Collision Group delivers national scale, consistently high-quality repairs, repeatable outcomes, and industry-leading customer service satisfaction ratings.
Summary : Inside of our consumer success, Driven Fleet is the fastest growing area of our business, and we are looking for GREAT people to continue driving sales growth to our participating fleet locations by working closely with our participating locations, sales, and business development teams;
specifically supporting our collision segment. (CARSTAR, ABRA, & FIX AUTO US)
Primary Responsibilities :
Support of sales team on all franchisee / customer-related B2B initiatives :
Supporting all aspects of the fleet sales process
Mapping, pricing, claim workflow, directive creation, issue resolution, onboarding
Franchisee coaching / training around the benefits of fleet business
M&A acquisition support
Support CARSTAR fleet certification for consistency of fleet offering
Shop application management for various fleet partners
Shop profiling (booth sizes / capabilities)
Support of customer service issue resolution at the center level
Support billing procedures for shops
Direct liaison between the fleet team and CARSTAR / ABRA / FIX Franchisees
Ability to partner cross-functionally within Driven Brands with other FZ support partners like Billing, Analytics, Procurement etc.
to maximize the fleet business
Travel 20-30%
Qualifications :
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements :
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to interact in various social situations
Ability to build and execute creative solutions to grow the CARSTAR / ABRA / FIX fleet business (show they have autonomy, and creativity)
Collision background preferred
Documented success in the Operations field highly preferred.
Franchising experience preferred but not mandated
Firm grasp of all Microsoft Office programs
Goal oriented self-motivator
Strong organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandated

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
