Urgently Hiring Maintenance Technician

URGENTLYHIRING multipleskilled MaintenanceTechnicians atin Winchester KY facility that possesses a strong skillset inhydraulics and robotics experience.

Out client has openings for12hour shifts on a 2 / 2 / 3 schedule working 7pm7am.

Thesepositions report directly to the Maintenance Manager along with ashift leadtechnician.

ResponsibilitiesInclude :

• Capableof troubleshooting and repairing various machinery equipment andfacility structures to support the operations of the facility andthe productionprocess.
• Troubleshooting includeslarge hydraulic pumps and valves powered by up to 1000 hp motors.Electrical ranges from 115V480V and air compressors and valves tosupport molding machines.

Hydraulic machine controlstroubleshooting hydraulic systems and print familiarity keys tosuccess.

Perform processtroubleshooting to assist the production department with processingof quality parts in an injection molding setting.

Understandmachine controls HMI interface fanuc robot teach pendants andinjection molding processes.

• Performpreventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment accordingto prescribed schedules andprocedures.
• Work on variousequipment such as electric drive motors hydraulic pumps hydraulicsystems VFD controls pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders and allsafety related aspects to create a safe workenvironment.
• Provide technicalsupport in and on injection molding machines auxiliary componentschiller functions water systems nitrogen systems and safetycontrols to supportproduction.
• Provide leadership andtraining to technical associates within the facility whennecessary.
• Able to assist thedepartment in developing improvement projects in support of a morepredictive and preventative maintenanceteam.
• Capable of performing weldingsmall fabrication and designs to correct root cause failures whenneeded or assigned to drive downtime to acceptablelevels.
• Familiarity with thefunction of hydraulic injection molding machines from OEM vendorssuch as Engel Kraus Mafia Milacron Arburg and Fanucrobots.
• Ability to read hydraulicschematics electrical schematics and troubleshoot equipmentperformance.
• Able to work in a teamsetting selfmotivated productive without directsupervision.

Requirements

• 35years of experience in plastic injection molding and or hydraulicsin a manufacturing setting as a maintenance technicianpreferred.
• Preferredmaintenance background to include hydraulics electronics pneumaticsmachining welding electrical and print reading with servicehistory.

Emphasis on hydraulics hydraulic controls components andelectronic devices to support injection moldingmachines.

• Knowledgeablewith the use of computers (MS Office Suite) CMMS Software 5S andLean methodologypreferred.
• Abilityto lift 75lbs.
• Abilityto work 12hour shift on a 2 / 2 / 3 schedule from7pm7am.

NiceToHave :

• Associatesdegree in industrial maintenance technology or related fieldpreferred.
• Knowledgeablewith the use of computers (MS Office Suite) CMMS Software 5S andLean methodologypreferred.

Education :

• HighSchool DiplomaRequired.
