Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and presenting data-driven insights.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.Key Responsibilities : Social Media Management : o Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (e.
g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).o Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
o Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.Content Creation : o Design and produce high-quality content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
o Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to ensure cohesive and compelling content.Data Analysis & Reporting : o Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance to derive actionable insights.
o Present findings and recommendations to the marketing team and other stakeholders to inform strategy and improve future campaigns.
Communication : o Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external partners.o Draft and edit marketing materials, press releases, and other communications as needed.
o Assist in the development and execution of communication plans for various initiatives.
Pay Rate : $20-25 / hr

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
